Here are some of the sites we captured. There were a number of rides but we weren't able to go on them because of a neck injury Jim's dealing with. But we still had a fun filled day none-the-less then figured out how to take three local buses 1.5 hours back to the marina.
Here you go...
The Wizardly World of Harry Potter's entrance |
Just a bit crowded...and this was only 10:30 a.m. |
Tea Cups, anyone? |
I wasn't kidding about the crowds everywhere! |
Street fronts used as sets; the fire hydrants and street lights are inter-changeable. |
Jim, right at home in Simpson Town with his donut |
Jaws' homeset |
The Grinch that Stole Christmas set |
Psycho anyone? |
Lineup for Waterworld was 40 minutes, all that time we were herded like cattle, shuffling forward. The show was great but very wet so I didn't take photos. |
The beige buildings are all studios in Hollywood ...and that's all folks! |
